Man this thing is a piece of shit. Then if you try to get a refund they say you only get two weeks to return it. Didn't say that before I bought it though. I called the support number to help me set it up because the directions just wasn't working. She had a hard time speaking English and after an hour of repeating the same steps the damn thing still didn't work. I have a 2024 Model X so maybe its that model but I suggest something else. What company only stand behind their product for two weeks!!!

Upon inspection, it appears that the item was returned without any packaging, which is against our return guidelines. So now they have my money and the product! I tossed the box after I installed it I did not know I was going to need to return it I assumed it would work as advertised it took 3 or 4 day to realized it was garbage and I wanted to return it!
