It seems unlikely that Tesla would put their most expensive batteries in their cheapest car. Just to boost it's range, when 95% of the people who would buy it, would have a typical daily trip of less than 100 miles. And when their new Semi Truck production will probably use up every high end 4680 battery that Tesla can make. This is also why that battery is probably not in the refreshed model Y either. LFP tech is probably getting under $70 per kilowatt hr, and price beats every other consideration. Not to mention availability of raw materials, and production capacity.
