Just for clarity the slabs are stone not concrete. I often wonder how they all got taken up to the hills. Must have been some job laying them all out.

Really bad luck . Those slabs can be heaven or hell . Wish you a good recovery .

Hi guys. Just having another watch of the pilgrims ultra as I’m taking part in the 100 mile next week 😱 Just wondering what the course was like to navigate. I’ve got the gpx downloaded to my watch but wasn’t sure if it was worth using during the run?

The model definitely earned her pay but what on earth is she using as her ‘hydration vest’ or backpack? I love the fact that she starts off ready for a run in the sun and as the adventure unfolds she puts more and more layers on going up the mountains which is very cool hmm after which down the mountain she goes and all the layers are taken off …which is very hot. Still before the picnic you can clearly see her pack has become more of a belt…unless of course this adventure was shot over numerous days but I don’t think so…so what was that belt / bag / pack / vest?

We did the the langleeford, hedghope, comb fell, cairn hill, Cheviot loop on Saturday and can safely say even at this time of year comb fell is just miserable to try and hike over !
