Hey mate, been following a few vids for a while as I’m losing weight myself. Grabbed a few of your recipes and this one looks damn good too! Went from 96,5 kg to 88,5 in about 2 months and aiming for 84. It’s a breeze with recipes like this, cheers man. Looking forward to this one tomorrow :)

I haven't heard of it but how does it compare to just normal peanut butter?
@@demolitionc I've only used it for smoothies and desserts like you see here, but you get the same peanut butter taste (and protein!) just for like 25% of the calories. If you mean how does it compare taste wise, it's just concentrated flavour so exactly the same. I'm a big fan.

Still you know, calisthenic is a little bit "g" word (I cant write it because of left liberal, SJW RUclips) I mean it looks like you carry a jar of Vaseline with you every day.
I’m curious I’ve been trying to find a workout routine but can’t stick to it. I am also a beginner and not the strongest. Any tips or how I should start calisthenics?
Definitely! Here's a really good way to think about it. Using something simple like a push-up for an example, there are progressions. You might start with a push-up on your knees, but you'll progress to doing them on your feet, then diamond push-ups, etc. Every calisthenics move/skill has progressions, so if one is too hard, move down to an easier one until you can move up. How do you stick to a routine do you have motivation?
Here's what I tell all my clients (and what I adhere to as well): one of the most important things to bear in mind is what is actually important to you. Quick example: If you loosely think "one day it would be nice to be shredded and have abs", it's not really a goal that means a lot to you and you're not really going to actively pursue it. But you'll have a goal in mind that will actually mean something to you. You might have to think about it a little bit to find it but you'll have it. Maybe it's to feel more comfortable in your day to day by dropping down a size. Maybe you actually just want to move more and have more energy in the day. Or honestly, maybe you actually do want to get really lean and strong (which to be transparent is totally me haha). But once you have a goal that actually means a lot to you you'll stick to it. And then when you're weighing yourself and taking progress pics, feeling fitter and stronger as you go along your journey, those changes will keep you motivated as you build and build. Bit wordy lol hope that helps!

I’ll give you a couple of options - you could just exclude it and this will be great still, pretty much same cals and macros. Or you could try baby spinach instead if you like that.

I struggled with this too, I found that eating more protein, in addition to going on more walks helped me.
Absolutely! Protein for satiety, walking for fat loss voodoo. Kind of kidding but 10k steps a day is about 1.5-2 hours of movement for most people. Get 10k steps a day in, fill up on a high protein diet and you’re away. Just to add to that, tracking calories. You don’t have to, but when I started taking that seriously (including alcohol calories) everything changed.
