I do 30 minutes of exercise a day. Next week I want to close my rings consistently. Well done to you and your walking partner. I only itch when I don’t have on exercise tights not sure why. But as I get fitter, it doesn’t matter what I wear
I also want to do 30 minutes for the next 3 months. I’m hoping that with consistency, the itch will eventually fade 😭 What kind of tights sis?

I think the problem wit social media is that now everyone is diagnosing themselves then I takes away attention from people who really need he help. So it becomes a joke

Yoh speaking about ADHD I was married to someone diagnosed with it, together with Bipolar.... would take me the whole year speaking about this topic but what most people are not aware of is the emotional turmoil the people that lived with someone who struggles with mental health go through....its deep.... speaking about your mom I was that wife who everyday was upset because we use to travel together to work and EVERYDAY we were late no matter how hard i tried to prevent this but we would just be late!!!! I so relate
Being neurodivergent is not a walk in the park and I’m super grateful that mine is not too deep. But I know that in other people it really messes up their entire life if they struggle to manage it. You are so right, it’s so deep. I really need to work on the lateness 😩😩😩
@@tiyiselanin The beauty in you is awareness, I was dealing with a person who hated how his chronic meds made him feel, yes our marriage would have fallen out because of other external factors but the major part of it was in the result of his mental health and managing it and I had to choose myself and son cause it was way too toxic....
