I work with very petty people and this has helped me alot, I have been ignoring them for months after the BS behaviour they showed me. They can go to hell all I care. They don't exist. If someone wants to be obsessive about certain things let them carry on, if they want to rotate a wooden stool to a 45 degree angle or a square bin at a 45 degree angle I'll let it be, as much as it used to piss me off how pathetic it is , I let it be, don't sweat the small stuff, if it helps a person sleep at night knowing that the inanimate object is at a particular angle let them have it so. 😂😂😂 Rant over 😊

I had this experience of being jealous of my childhood friend who had got a top level position before he reached 35, while I was a garbage collector. It took me 3 days of depression to work out that I never wanted to be in the high-stress long-hours role that he just got, lying to people to ensure stability of the organization.
