It was a air show at the Syracuse airport and that bomber was one of the demonstrations

Looks like a B-24 Liberator Heavy Bomber 👌

There is no logical reason for you to be scared. If a bomber was flying overhead like that inside of its home country it’s most likely for an air show or someone paid for a ride. It’s bomb payload was most likely stripped off and any armaments it had. No enemy country would even ATTEMPT to use a ww2 bomber in actual modern warfare due to their slowness and less accurate bomb dropping. You should be scared if you see a jet flying at Mach 7 with a red star painted on its wing. Those have the capability to level half of London with a single missile (keep in mind each jet has like 10 missiles)
