The Empty Streets of the Las Vegas Strip At Night During Covid-19 2020 Lockdown
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.4 года назад
This was just some footage shot on an iPhone 8 edited together that I took during a drive down the famous Las Vegas Strip. This includes some Fremont footage. It is totally dead and almost everyone is laid off. The only people on the strip are police, security, very few homeless, and other filmers. As with I, there are people documenting this historic event and I wanted to add to it for future ...
Black Label Lucero Racing Stripe Deck Review
Просмотров 5 тыс.7 лет назад
Hey skaters! After a long, very hot summer, the Lucero Racing Stripe Deck review is here! This was such a great deck. I really emphasized not riding the 15.5" wheelbase and only riding the 16" wheelbase because the board might be totally different if it was set up with the shorter wheelbase, but I know for sure it will still be an amazing deck regardless of what you choose! The song is "Saved B...

Had these in 1991!
Does anyone have a problem with the deck bending?
If I worked for a studio who wanted to license this clip for a new show - could we?? Kevin O get in touch!
How would you describe the concave on this deck?
i love this wheels
What kind of wheels are those?
I almost bought one in 1987 for Christmas, chose a McGill instead
Louder the better. Turn it up. Nothing like an obnoxious power slide! Roll on yall.
I just found one in Salt Lake City Utah. and I have been trying to see if mine is a remake or original board, This video is great information on it. If you know anywhere i can find more info on a vintage board . that would be great. Thanks
My buddy had this deck way back when. It’s concave and tail were bonkers.
i miss the conic lever on the market, tracker x tracks are also not just some fromm apollo with ab11 bearings .
Going out to buy this same deck today, want to cut out a plastic cutting board and slap it on the tail with gorilla double sided tape. I hate the idea of installing a tail bone so we'll see how it goes with my idea
thank for pic of nose and sweet ride

Please come back 😭
The shorter wheelbase of today's popsicle skateboards is what enables these to function with the typical wheels of today that are on average 52mm even some that are smaller in the market and then the ones 53mm or 54mm all the way thru 58mm or even 60mm of Spitfire and other brands used on popsicles.. MY FAVORITE are 80's skateboards & wheels but you need at least a 58 conical wheel or bigger to use modern wheels on old school 80's due to wheelbase. I've vintage 80's wheels but at times I use my 58mm 95a OJ's on my 80's style skateboards.
Wide medium length (27"-33"inches)skateboards are my favorite although I,basically like all skateboards. THAT'S WHY I like 80's wide boards & many 80's style skateboards like the one you have got 😎
you have to understand the ancient asian mindset. all edges must be sharp and slanty.
oh sick, ur skating my local craig and i just ordered these wheels lol
Nice video ! I have the same white OG Hammerhead and a friend sent me a NOS Ultra-Vision tailbone which fits the shape of the tail. So because the tailbone was yellow, I happened to have some Krux with yellow baseplates, then I finally ordered some yellow "Black Diamond" rails from TGM skateboards that have the old school 4 hole pattern. I commented because they do make 11 inch wide grip tape. It's just hard to find!
what is this for a board? and the set up?? i absolutly love it
Where'd you get this I want one
Hi guys, tell me what is the name of the overlay on the rear track and what is it for

The old toys r us Nash executioner deck. Well the graphic anyway. Wanted one as a kid thinking Nash was a good board but got a 30 pound plastic with sheet metal Nash afterburner deck. Still have it too. It really sucked
Grosso forever!
Still have my 86 cab with boneite. Also have 5 of his reissues, 4 signed and one is the propeller anniversary deck. Cab was always my favorite skater
Best wheels ever followed by cockroaches my second choice
I got these. They are a bit sticky on asphalt, but, slide pretty well. They are really durable. I've done a ton of power slides on medium rough asphalt and don't really see hardly and wear on them. They are slower than soft wheels like AWOLs even though they are tall and have a wide ride patch. I think the fact that they are hard, vibrates the bearings more which slows them down.
i want this board so bad but i cant find it any places i should look??
Jesus is returning soon everyone! He died for our sins and rose from the dead because he loves us. Whoever confess and believes and accept Him as Lord and Savior will be saved. I’m not talking about a religion, God isn’t a religion. God is a relationship. And He really loves you and know you.
This is the first reissue I’ve purchased. Loved it as a kid, but never had one.
Very cool, how you like it today? I had bought an reissue of this deck too but never tried it. Right now I ride the blind Danny way nuke Baby 👶
@@Philionaire123 nice! I have the Nuke Baby too!
@@finejustgivemeaname cheers 🍻 that's so amazing man. The nuke Baby is really nice and the wheelbase is shorter than the Roskopp one. I'm so interested to try the Roskopp in a bowl or on vert. Bro I love these old-school stuff. Cheers 🍻
Awesome, thanks for the video! I am going to build a cruiser setup with this deck. Independent 215s, Orangatang Durian 75mm wheels, 5/8 risers. What do you think?
Just picked mine up today it was a fun day of cruising!
Can you do a video gripping a normal skateboard grip to a old school deck
Looks like they've moved on to other things. Couldn't find their motorcycle kits on their website.
I have the originals bought in 89 that are well used and they look better than those. The graphics are almost off your reissue wheels
Did the 149 holes fit the old school drilling?
U need a 6 hole baseplate for those old school hole measurements. I just dont know how he got those 149s cause i haven't seen any that have 6 holes. Im opting for the 159s but my wheels arent nearly as big
Have you tried a Santa Cruz Rob Roskopp Ugly Face deck? I highly highly recommend it. It was one of my faves back in the day. I believe they'll have a run of 'em early next year.
Should i go with inde 159s with ratbones? I feel like the smaller wheels compared to the gbones will offset it. I like bigger trucks and i feel like 149s would be too small
I would what did you end up going with? The cab with 159s and rat bones is one of my dream setups rn
I love really big wheels. It's weird how hard it is to find a 65mm wheel that's not a soft longboard wheel. I'm skating Slimeballs Big Balls 65mm/97a right now, they look super similar to this wheel. Powell and Slimeballs are the only companies making a wheel like this and I've looked high and low for them. I'm seriously considering getting the G Bones when I get new wheels.
I'm skating Slimeballs Big Ball's also, I got a pair of these Powell G Bones and they feel much softer than the Santa Cruz wheels yet they are still 97a wish they were as hard as the SC!
@@danaminyip I love how the Slimeballs are big and fast, but they don't feel like they're as big as they are. I like the shape of the G-Bones. Looks like they're good for locking in on grinds. That's my one gripe with the Slimeballs, grinds are a little awkward at first.
I'm currently running a set of the powell mini cubics, they are dope, maybe try dogtown if you're looking for some big and hard wheels.
@@liamkong7566 I was looking at the Mini Cubics for my newest board, but I ended up with the Slimeballs because I've been loyal to the Santa Cruz brand for a long time.
@@mikecynic5167 Yea both brands are dope. I'm riding the new kendall reissue and it's great. I think SC has better reissues because it has the modern concave, but it's all up to personal preference.
Hanoi rocks!
SICK AF!!!
Jessup now makes 11" grip
Nice deck and grip job man
yay
If you want a really smooth fast wheel for cruising on asphalt, check out Mini Logo AWOLs in 59mm or 63mm. They're real fast and great for cruising. Only thing is that they are 80A. I was thinking about trying G Bones since you can slide with them, which you can't really do with AWOLs. I'm wondering how fast G Bones are on asphalt compared to a softer wheel of similar size like AWOLs? Hard small wheels suck for cruising on asphalt. They are way way slower than large AWOLs, or, even 55mm AWOLs. I think the fact that they are wider than street wheels makes a significant difference. Not sure about how much hardness matters for speed on asphalt. I guess I could try these to find out.
Best 6 dollar yoyo ever
hi what did you pay? im so DAM tired of these moneygrabbers buying up the reissues and selling them at 2x 3x price, its just so wrong!!!
