Driving thru some of Calgary's old and scenic neighbourhoods from the south to the outer downtown. One take. Enjoy.
Does everyone have snow tires?!
@@foolthepity no but probably almost half use snow or winter tires. the others use all season.
I understand that Alberta has a "snow festival" from January 1st through December 31st each year.
@@amerigovespucci4076 ice at Lake Louise and winter festival in Calgary starting February.

What streets are you on here?! Terrific video!!
Kensington 10th Street and also Crescent Heights.
@@drivecalgary6095 Hey thank you!!
doest look that uglil
Im enjoying these drives more and more. They are pretty cool to put on tv while working
I love this place!
How people manage not to break their pc and phone during Alberta minimum temperature ? Anything specific?
I find traffic lights confusing.. or barely any. In US, the lights are wider, it hangs and spreads out to that whole pole.
They are right in front of you. How can you miss it? In the USA many are located at the side of the roads and tough to see.
Which city do you think is better, vanvouver or calgary, cliamte wise?
calgary is more inconsistent, unpredictable all the time

What really surprises me while you’re driving through the residential areas is the lack of real estate signs?
Houses sell quickly. Also this area is Quarry Park. Remington development sells the new condos and homes that's why there is no sign etc Not many sell their current homes here.
Coming from Ontario and having only been in Alberta for the Winter/Spring, it's interesting to see this because it's soo different than Autumn in Ontario.
Yellow leaves fall off fast in southern Alberta. The larch trees in the mountains last a little longer.
Love this city.
I heard that Calgary is the fourth largest city in Canada, but from your video I didn’t get that “fourth largest city” vibe. I was imagining the Toronto-ish feeling in downtown Calgary, but the city actually a bit too quiet to me. After all, Calgary is still a great place to live :) thx for sharing your city to us~
This was filmed Sunday afternoon. Not many people live downtown. It's where people work. Downtown is packed during weekdays. Most people live in houses not condos.
@@drivecalgary6095 Uh, I get it. I was planning move to Alberta around next two to three yrs, your video is very helpful. Thanks again👍🏻
Do you drive a manual?
Yes. Manual.
What r u saying?? Canada 's ugliest road?? Calgary is so beautiful.. If u want to see the ugly roads then go to Winnipeg, Montreal etc.. Understand??
why theres like 10 people total
Winter and it was at 2pm Sunday.
is we frankfurt main..
it looks like Frankfurt
wow where's this place (0:21)?? I mean how can I get there. I'm planning to visit Calgary soon
Scotsman's Hill east above the saddledome. 25 Ave and Spiller Rd SE and just drive up the hill to your left.
I rather have cold ‘environment instead not humid ones alongside such ozone ploblems 8:55
Beautiful Saturday afternoon drive in the city!
Is it the 1st video of this channel?
Beautiful city. Thanks for sharing
The girl that walked out of the back of the car looks like The Baroness from G.I JOE
How many times did you have to give the finger
No BC and Saskatchewan plates around that time.
Boring city
Better than your shit hole city.
@@drivecalgary6095 hes right I moved to Calgary from Toronto and it definintely has a small town feel to it. Not alot going on.
@@dmarshall1870 other than NBA and MLB games, what can you do in Toronto that you can't do in Calgary?
@@drivecalgary6095 ROM, Wonderland, Beaches, MLS, Niagara falls, CN tower, Ripleys aquarium, Concerts, NYC and Chicago are 7 hours drive. Torontos metro area is roughly 7 times bigger than Calgary. Calgary is not a big city. Its a medium size city with a medium size city feel to it.
@@dmarshall1870 there is no beach. It's a lake. It's not Dan Diego/ Miami. Niagara is out of town and so are the American cities. They are not part of Toronto.. You can do those things in Calgary lol. I can say I can go to Vancouver, LA Las Vegas within 2 hours. Hawaii in 6 hours. Asia in 10 hours. We have the mountains here. Kananaskis, Alberta and BC Rockies. I can go hiking real mountains in 30 minutes. I can snowboard the 7 or so big resorts in Canada within 2 hours drive. Niagara does not even compare to the Canadian Rockies and the other mountains next to them. Great driving roads. Do you have roads like the Icefields Parkway and Kananaskis Highway 40 in Ontario? No way in hell.
Thier should be a whole new city in Alberta,it has billions from the oil sands.
Nice video ❤❤❤, lovely view...
Hi. I like your channel very much. Just a kind of possibility from another side of globe to feel YYC atmosphere:) if U can put some comments while driving will be definitely awesome. Thank. Greetings from Austria
Thanks. These videos are just driving around the city. Yyc is the airport Cgy is Calgary.
Hi. Europe i guess more beautiful and clean
Don`t compare Europe, it`s beyond comparison. Calgary isn`t so bad, bud Edmonton looks like a post apocalyptical city with zombies walking in downtown (dozens of homelesses, addicts or crazy people). Edmonton is very disgusting. European cities are more beautiful.
There is still snow and sand on side streets. The city will sweep and clean them around late April and May.
Europe sucks
Please drive around the new neighborhoods in the NW
Canada is a very beautiful country. I wish to visit it. Can someone help me?

i can just drive over the border the
