Summary Posted invoices then credited invoices. Posted bank fee and admin fee Posted bad debt for invoice and fees to credit. I'm wondering invoice was already credited so why entered again in bad debt account

So on the balance sheet the US account amount is shown has the exchanged rate into Canadian? So for example if the US account balance is 500$ but in Canadian it’s 629$. It will show 629? Is there a way for it to show the exact dollars in USD? or it has to do this?

this does not make the actual payment, this only records the payment in your books. The cash still has to come out to make the payment. So how are you now going to get the cash out of your bank account without doing another transaction entry? Why not just write a check for something like this?

Hi, I've looked through your videos for the answer to my question, but I couldn't find anything. Our Credit Card processing Company is Moneris. They deposit our sales in four separate transactions for Amex, Visa, MC and Interac the next day. We also have four separate asset accounts, one for each Credit Card type (1030, 1040, 1050 and 1060). They are each linked to the Credit Card Receivables Acct Class. My question is, how do I clear each Credit Card Receivables accounts when we receive the payment from Moneris? Thanks!
