I live in south eastern Oklahoma and I was predator calling a few nights ago… I was doing my thing like normal and I heard the same sound the black bear makes… I stopped for a second and thought hmm… haven’t heard that one before but I never got to lay eyes on it… I ended up boiling it down to a mountain lion or a bear… at the time I was hoping it was a bear because as far as I know those can’t stalk as good as a mountain lion… but it seems like this video pretty much proves for me it was a bear… it wasn’t growling at the call is the bad part… I was with my little brother and we weren’t being the slightest bit quiet… hell I wasn’t even running the call when it happened… we weren’t being talking and next thing I know about 50 yards from me we are getting growled at by one of the two animals I named… being the idiot I am I figured it was a pig and stayed there… a couple mins later we heard it again but this time it sounded pissed… we hoped our asses out of the woods as quickly/ slow and calmly as possible… watching all our angles with our guns up. I’ve always heard about them being scarce in Oklahoma but after that night I believe they are starting to thicken up.. talk about an adrenaline rush.

I seen a few here in Arkansas, United States, I just found out through this video they are native to Asia, I knew something wasn't right, someone had a few in their yard on a house I was working on with my uncle. Beautiful creatures though, but they are also not afraid to fight.
