What are the straps? Cannot buy them with no information.
Most gyms should have the attachment, but it’s called ankle straps or sometimes ankle cuffs if you want to buy them

I’m new to working out and unsure of a lot of things. What is progressive overload? I’ve started on the smallest weights but feel like it’s not effective
No worries mate, progressive overload is just making sure weekly you up the weight,reps, sets or even slow down the tempo of the movement to push your muscle harder over time
So the fact you started on the smallest weight is fine as over time you just need to make sure to lift heavier. I would do a 8-14 rep range and as soon as you hit 14 reps with the given weight up the weight and restart at 8 reps and repeat the process

@ I agree I love water but not everyone does, sweeteners give that feeling of having something you normally can’t on a diet. It makes it easier to continue
