ROTFLMFAO. Tons of Airbnb Super Hosts Going Bankrupt, Banks requiring a MINIMUM of a 700 Fico Score, 20% Down Payment, and long steady employment history for Mortgage Loans. 36 million people Unemployed and 42% of furloughed workers will never get their old job back. Unemployed people who eventually do get a job will earn 20% less than their old job, 5 Million homes are in Forbearance, Renters are on Rent Strikes, Mortgage Lenders are going to go out of business because of Margin Calls and you think housing prices aren't eventually going to crash very hard? Who is going to buy all these homes to prevent a crash? Is the government going to give every unemployed person with $100,000 of Student Loan and Credit Card debt and a 550 Fico Score who just had their car reposessed 300k, 400k or even 1 million dollars to buy a home?

The foreclosure tsunami is on it's way, I can give you five reasons why the housing market is going to get hammered.

Very scientific. So soothing and reassuring. Mortgage standards are being circumvented by non qualified mortgages through non banks. Prices are only not out of control if you are a seller or real estate agent. Inventory is suppressed by sellers who can’t gain anything by selling and then having to buy in this market. This is pure marketing. If you will pay for any negative equity in five years, that might be a good deal. This is a huge mistake to talk people into buying just so you can make a living. You need buyers. We know.
