Got him C3 f2p somehow, he feels like the cheat code bcz i overpowered him and I'm still AR23 and he one tabs everything so I'm just playing Chixia as my main dps and using him as the Exodia card when i see her doing little to no damage to the boss / challenge 😂. The game is fun andvway better tbh

There are 3 scene with the TB. One can be found in second floor near casino before meeting Jade. Second is right outside of the room where you meet Jade, right after meeting Jade. Third one is the one that is shown here. But only 1 meeting is enough to give you the archivement.

There are two event when Firefly encounter TB there. One where after Firefly meet Jade and request her to meet Jade's customer. Firefly saw TB try to pop the balloon head. The other was this scene in this video.
