Just remember, Ladies it's NOT about YOU... it's about your CLIENTS. You want your clients to feel comfortable around you. Read the room...no woman wants an agent coming into her home looking like she's going to a club or looking for a husband. Put your breasts and legs away. Dress as the professional that you are not the "oldest profession". Have some respect for your clients and their spouses. You can look sophisticated and put together and successful without insulting, stepping all over and stealing the show of your clients... do that to your friends and neighbors when you're going out to dinner... representing your company and your clients is not the time.

Thanks for the video! The CRM is extremely importan for real estate. I mean, I started to use a CRM software a few years ago for real estate management and it boosted my productivity a lot! Really hnady to colect all invoices, database, client information in one place. I currently use Flowlu and I really like how it works for real estate. Automations are powerful and you can integrate it with any other app.

Marketers who adapt, will win. FB is shifting, and has been shifting for years towards broader targeting. This means your focus should be much heavier on your ad creative. If your ad is GOOD, Facebook will find your audience for you, and show them your ad. If you can’t be profitable on one platform, you will likely be disappointed by trying a different one from my experience. Hope this is helpful for anyone reading

I like the points about your personality. What I find is that your personality isn't something people can take away from you. It's a form of originality, and if you're making social media content I believe you should be posting your original thoughts and ideas.
