hey olaf ik heb precies het zelfde probleem , ik heb r1 carburateurs op de motor van mijn auto maar het principe is het zelfde. Heb ook 4 losse uitlaat pijpen. Het probleem bij mij is dat ik totaal geen benzine krijg in de cilinder bij de koude uitlaatpijp. Heb ook gemeten met zo'n laser temp meter. Ik heb een vonk en compressie dus is een brandstof probleem. Het membraan van die ene carburateur is in contact met olie geweest en groter geworden daar door. Hij past niet meer goed onder het deksel dus is het een vacuumlek. Nog niet veel ervaring met deze carbs maar is het zo dat je dan helemaal geen brandstof krijgt zodra dit membraan niet goed sluit?

ur intercooler piping blew off just grab an adjustable take off ur skid plate and throw it back on

i have a saab aero 2003 and does the same thing but after some ahours it was everything ok ! something close to engine blows when i step on it what is this ?

i just had this issue and fixed it today. the hose that comes from the turbo, goes under the car to the radiator on the passenger side, had come off completely. it is tucked under the car. you have to take the skid plate off and get under there with a long flathead to tighten the clamp, after you put the hose back on of course. lol. it took a week to find it i replaced the trottle body and a few sensors. i cleaned all my sensors and replaced my vaccume lines and changed the spark plugs twice because they were fouling. the car was calling for more fuel. i said screw it and drive it for a few days and it started to leak oil on the passanger side. if i didnt drive it i wouldnt of found it. it is in a tough spot to see.. i hope thus helps anyone out..

sounds like there is a lot of unnecessary turbo noise, like who ever worked on your car forgot to put a intake pipe back on after the compression side of the turbo. check all intake pipes especially the intercooler, they're on the front underside of the car and can be forgotten about

turbo wihstling means a leak, no matter where. if your turbo and its mounts are fine, it's the pipes, they're either unmounted, or done for.

I notice your turbo gauge is climbing fast when your giving it slight throttle, this happened to my saab, my pipe going to my front mount intercooler came off, so I'm guessing you might have a big boost leak

what CEL codes were u getting? engine behaviour on my 08 is similar, getting p0302

The garage fucked up with not connecting an intercooler hose. As for the turbo troubles, it still persists.
