Shot a couple of weeks ago while the rivers were still flooded, so it was back to the Canal and an early afternoon trip in search of Perch on a section that I rarely give too much of my time for one reason or another. I was greeted with a very quiet first couple of hours, not a twitch... and then a few thankfully found me, including a couple of better ones. Not overly informative this one, but ...
