You do not need to cut the wires, just remove the black plastic break piece and with patient remove the strap. It's easier with the break out of the seat... but not easy anyway 😁. I've lost some time and patient with this...

Where did you buy the replacement clip from? I can't seem to find that part anywhere online.

Why do you cut the strap. You remove the thing later. So you then pull the strap trough the gap when you remove the plastic cap.

Please remove this video. This is not how you remove the strap, no cutting of stitching is required. This invalidates the warranty and compromises the safety of the seat.
