Do it Without Oil. And With Yeast! 2 cups flour+ 1 cup water and yeast +1 teaspoon salt. Mix 1min to have sticky bowl. Leave for 24hours. Cook in 200'C for 40min

I love these kinds of experiments. I have a recipe which bread flour is too tough for and was looking for a way to increase the elasticity of all purpose flour. Will try the egg yolk only and let you know how it goes. Thanks a lot!

Quite obviously Mr Booth is a particularly skilled and accomplished educator and it is a credit to him that all comments (about him, by others) are so fulsome and praiseworthy. In another context, it would be admirable were we able to see similar role models from the Muslim-side teaching in a Judeo-Christian institution in such a non-partisan manner.....unfortunately we do not see such/any exemplars.
