They should have, in my opinion, given perfect cell a move that would be a self-destruct, and on 1 hp you can transform but make it a small windo, so you have to kill with the SD to pull it off

The reason I think Super Perfect Cell is a separate character is probably to be more lore accurate since he never actually transformed from Perfect to Super Perfect. A singular cell survived the explosion from when he was Semi-Perfect and the Saiyan cells allowed him to reach a greater power beyond Perfection. That’s just my guess at least.
