These tweaks may help but these stutters are constant and not preventable without altering the game engine or source code because of delta time lag causing frame instability. You can force fixed tic but would be stuck with 30fps cause anything more or less would affect the game speed. Which obviously isn’t ideal but it does fix the issue. That’s just a temp fix till they update a real one otherwise no matter the hardware or settings the stutter is consistent just in different intensities

I'm new to the primocache software im wondering if it benefits having 64 gig instead of 32, i can still do 24gb ram cache if i close unnescessary programs tho. Switching to vulkan definitely helped, the lows are better. Also idk if this makes sense but im capping it a 61 so it would just go to 59 so i feel like its less noticable...
