I have been living in UK for two years now and I can say: housing prices are really high, but the problem is not paying for housing, the problem is finding it. The weather is really unpredictable, but over time you get used to it and that’s ok. As far as medicine is concerned, this is a complete bottom. Due to the waiting time, your appointments may be cancelled. Sometimes when you visit a doctor, they don’t help you with anything and just tell you to schedule the next empointment. Although the education system is considered the best in the world, it simply weeds out the best 20 percent of children and the rest have no future prospects. A separate problem is transport and strikes. If you don’t have your own car, it’s impossible to live here. Trains and buses may simply be cancelled. And buses in some places go about once every hour or two hours.
