After she died I regretted I could have kept my distance but still have been kind. Sent her bday cards, mothers day etc.. She had experienced truama she was broken it didnt mean she hadnt loved in her way , but it did mean she couldnt see becauae she was too involved with protecting herself to allow for clarity of situation. Deep down I know she was ashamed and couldnt ever face it. Didn't mean she should of had full acess to me. My dad he had growth right up to the end.
