unfortunately, you cannot, you'll need to purchase and install the M550i diffuser, part # 51128067763. All the best!

vehicle is completely stock, packaged from the manufacturer as you see in the video. Only thing that was added was the M performance exhaust, which you can find and purchase online from various vendors.

There’s a cut line on the stock exhaust pipe, cut along that line and the new M performance exhaust should clamp right onto the existing pipe. It’s quite easy if you’re able to lift the vehicle and have the right tools. In my case, my friend has a body shop and was able to assist me install it, took about an hour to do. All the best!

No, you’ll need to cut the stock exhaust pipe along the cut line (it’s easy to find when under the vehicle) and new exhaust with larger pipe diameter slides and clamps right onto the stock pipe.

Only the rear diffuser since our car had the M sport package, we ordered the M550i rear diffuser and fit right into place.

Took it in for oil change. Picked it up and engine blew up. Shop said it was normal wear n tear. So i got me a 540i 2018 sport. Love it. No complaints

Otto Particulate Filters (OPF), OPF cars will be quieter (even with an aftermarket exhaust fitted) and possibly have less scope for engine tuning than non-OPF cars. Many OPF cars are coming with pressure sensors pre and post filter, to trigger a running fault (and later MOT failure) if the filter is tampered with, or if the exhaust pressure is significantly changed, and the spectre of German-style homologation (or EC approval, or TUV approval if you wish).
