Lovely. I bit too big for me, too much counter top space, and I would make sure to grab that railing going up the stairs.

Get rid of the loft and this is the best tiny home I’ve seen
This home can be built with a single loft, double loft, or no loft just like you want. One version has the stairs and w/d swapped so that the loft has a "front" and "back" to divide it into two separate areas. Point is, we offer flexibility. Check us out: tinylife.com. I'd take the loft out entirely, don't need it. I'd turn that huge sunroom into an open porch. I love the huge shower, the W/D tucked in the wall, all the storage in the bedroom <3
@TheGeekMonster - Those sound like great ideas. The loft is an option on the Blackberry and you can even check out the 1186 unit to see one without a loft. Also, porches can be added to the ends rather than a sunroom. This particular model just has the sunroom and loft options - it's "decked out". Cost? With a dishwasher no stove..just a burner.
A dishwasher adds about $1,000. The range to a burner would be negligible. SO, the price would be very similar.

That's an option. That area is modular for a desk/pantry, full storage, open area, bunk beds, even a 1/2 bath.
This what I would buy for my 3 grown children and put them on land. When they come to visit they have somewhere to stay.
This is one of the most common reasons people buy our homes. To take care of and be with loved ones more.
Can the bunk beds room be removed to give more closet space to the bedroom? Is there a tub option for the bath? Do all the appliances come with the house?
Yes the bunk beds can be removed and the walls adjusted to make for more room for a closet in the main bedroom. The shower can be a tub. All standard appliances come with the house. The furnishings do not.
@@tinylifehomes Furniture I've got. What is the average cost for Canada or Texas?
@@MSjackiesaunders Going to Canada would be difficult. We've sent several home to Texas, but transportation and setup costs are expensive. I would estimate 13K to 18K for transport on top of the home and any vehicular property taxes you would have in Texas would also apply.

Why is it called one bedroom when there's clearly a second bedroom with bunk beds?
Maybe it’s not big enough to be considered legally a bedroom. But I think it’s very nice for a tiny home.

How much is it? I’m ready to buy one but the issue is that there’s no where to put it here in my state. Most of the Mobil home parks only allow you to buy one of their models which is marked way up.

The Jackson hits my required spots for a diabled Veteran. Central Powder room for the Agent Orange afflicted with Crohn's disease as well as a loft for guests(not vital for everyone). True a cabinet depth fridge is better use as well as induction cooktop, single sink with dishwasher workd best for old people.

It is amazing what you can make 400 square feet look like, isn't it.
Weird that the shower curtain was closed, but overall, it's nice. I would like to see one of these without the loft.
I'm not sure why the curtain was closed. I don't think it was to hide anything, just overlooked. Visit our website and request a custom quote for the Sedona without a loft. I think this is one home that we can't do that on because of the way it has the "bump-out".

I couldn't see, are there recessed lights above the little desk area or maybe outlets to plug a lamp into?
@lindagibeault7583 - There are now recessed lights. We could probably add those on a custom build as an add on. There is an outlet with 2 plug-ins located just above the desk area in the center of the wall.
Swap the bedroom and bath.
We can actually do that. It is an option on this home.

@@billburgess4720 Sheetrock is a downgrade from our standard shiplap. It is currently about a $3500-$5000 difference depending on the model. Nickel Gap is an upgrade from shiplap and adds about the same difference.
