EuroMax, why make videos if you won’t answer potential buyers’ questions?

How long is it in the travel case? I currently toss a 10x10 in the backseat of my sedan and it barely fits. I need to know the lenght before i buy

The products are complete junk. This company doesnt respond to emails, phone calls, and refuses to elevate to a manger. Dont buy this garbage or you will be sorry!!

I just bought one new set it up starting to rain the next day it rained also it leaked a tent that is trash my book going to water proof it too see if that stop it New tent should not leak

There are some very unfortunate choices made in the production of this video. Whatever you paid was not a good value. This video would not be a beneficial resource to a person seeking to set up a eurmax canopy. Also, why choose the name eurmax for a company apparently based in the us? Transplant? Do better.

But you didn’t even show the middle part!! Which is the hardest part and I can’t figure out!!

Hw does it handle heavy rain and strong winds?

I have a 10x10 Euromax, and no complaints. Plus nice that an adult can set up by themselves if needed. Only “negative” is that it isn’t something you would want to take a mile into the woods for weekend camping,,,,it rolls well on flat surfaces but is fairly bulky and heavy to transport, and certainly if on uneven ground.

I wish you folks would do a series on how to replace different parts, like a tent leg…tonight!

at your opening 4 sec. mark ours is zig zag on all sides. like we cant pull it any more where it alignts straight across and upwards inside. it hangs low. how do you pull it to make it completely straight aligned inside top area.

great video but we seem to not get the pulling straight where the zig zags meet with the joints! ours is hanging low and we can pull it any further! once we have it up and running the top is too low inside

we need help at the 30 sec mark where you see the INSIDE ALIGHNED STRAIGHT! ours is a zig zag all around and it droops down on all sides the " X " SIDE WAYS if you will those poles with the dark gray joints wont pull straight

HELP! I JUST BOUGHT THIS TENT AND WE CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT UP UP UP WHERE IT BECOMES STRAIGHT ACROSS THE ENTIRE TOP! We tried everhthing but afraid to pull it tighter than we already did!

I guess after the initial setup, you dont have to remove the fabric top each time you disassemble?

Between :15 and :30 the tent expands out magically to full size. 🤔 But it doesn't work that way ... AT ALL.

There is no explanation of how you pull it out. I watched over and over and it is not that simple!

I just got one of these. The canopy cover and walls are all separate components and it came with no instuctions. The canopy was not already attached right out of the case. How the hell do all the parts go on?

Why do NONE of your videos show how to store the 10x10 with walls in the bag? Are we supposed to just leave them out of the bag? It's not just your official site, the entire internet seems to have left that part out. Thanks.
