Watching this made me realize that we are no different than a ant colony
Did they ever bring the flaps back up after that landing
Yes they did but since it was such a short taxi, they did it at the gate, so it didn’t get recorded in the video
I wonder how if they did it if all the engines were off since the engines power the hydraulics@@StarEng

The APU is no more "secret" than the battery in a car. Its purpose is to supply on-board electrical power when the main engines aren't running. It's necessary to allow large aicraft to shut down their main engines at airfields where grou d power is unavailable, unreliable, or insufficient to start the main engines. If pilots are reluctant to use ground power at Zurich, perhaps the airport's management should look into potential stum ling-blocks on the airport's side, such as excessive bureaucracy, excessive fees for using ground power, and/or unavailability of ground power at all gates. The pilots aren't going to defy the airlines' management and use the APU when the airline has determined that using ground power makes financial and schedule sense.
