It really sometimes feel like i am, in fact alone. High School has been really exhausting for me and im stressing even when im not supposed to. Its really hard for me, i care deeply about my grades and let them define me, when in the end they don't actually matter. I don't even know why i care so much about them. I just want to do what i actually like in my teenage years without having to feel guilty for doing things that i actually like. It might sounds stupid to others what im thinking, but it has had much affected me and my mental health. I just wish i didn't care about school that much.
I uh might just be another random person to you but i found myself blocking a girl i cared about so much but she just cheated on me 3 times and i didn't feel love back really i just forced myself to block her i think it was the right thing but i want her back so bad i did it maybe 2 days ago i was hoping she would try to reach out to me but i guess now i know she just used me but its fine im happy for her she is probably talking to a better guy right now anyway i tried so hard for her i think i did okay i just want loved man im so sad and scared im lost.

I feel alone a lot now that I have to move schools haveing to leave everyone didn’t even have enough time to tell anyone. And just like that depression and loneliness came in again the same middle school that healed me with all the amazing people I met that I have so much respect and gratitude for can’t believe I had to transfer just like that just because of transportation issues. I told the people I had in my contacts about it knowing that everyone was saddened that I left makes me depressed I’ll never forget them I just hope they won’t forget me 🥀❤️💔❤️🩹

I'm fed up now. I feel like I'm living my life in vain. I couldn't be the child my mother and father deserved. I'm diabetic and I feel like I'm going to die. Nothing is fun. The person I love doesn't love me and I've never received my love in return. I go out into the cold air to breathe in the winter but I still feel like I can't breathe. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. And I'm scared. I wish there were people who would love me unconditionally. But it's impossible. I have a university exam (YKS) ahead of me and I can't find the time to study for the exam because of my illness. I love eating but I can't stop. If I don't stop, I'll die. I'm trying so hard to stay alive but I want to die now. Life has no more fun. I hope whoever reads this responds to me, someone to chat with, even someone I can pour my heart out to, if someone writes, I'd be very happy. Please help me, I think it would be better to die.

@ I ended up having a really bad flashback last night and it doesn’t happen often so it really messed with me today and last night but usually I regress when those happen but I’m trying not to this time and it’s not easy

that's awesome, I wish the best for you. there's nothing you "should have" or "shouldn't have" done, in the moment is all that matters, don't think about what you should've done, and instead think about what you're gonna do. don't give up.
I truly feel lonely now.. I know that no one is here anymore and left.. I lost my grandmother, now my family is slowly going and vanishing away, I noticed it, and now what I can only think about is suicide.
suicide feels like the only option sometimes, but it's never worth it. but you'll find someone, there is always someone that cares about you. I'm sorry for your loss. I promise to you it WILL get better for you.

You all remind me of a tree trying to become an old fence before its even lived long enough to experience the life it has or stretch its branches and roots as far as possible...... Life hurts but maybe its because its someone else hurting for how you feel love yourselves and be there while you have the chance.
My life is getting emptier day by day and to be honest I can’t care anymore , i’ve been suffering through a real depression but i think no one noticed that’s why i’m a very quiet person , i hope someday i can get some peace instead of feeling hallow and empty like an endless cycle .. or maybe it’ll end , when i get my end too .
there's never endless happiness and peace without sadness, there will be a time where it will stop. sadness is temporary, and happiness isn't forever. you'll find peace, I promise. just try to be a better version of yourself everyday.

you can look at the world as being fucked up and you'll always think of it that way, but if you look at the good aspects of the world, instead of looking at the bad ones, you notice it isn't that bad. and you can think of yourself as a failure and you'll always be that way, but if you try to make a difference, and try your hardest not to be the bad things you think of yourself, it will get better, because you don't know the way other people think about you, the only bad thoughts of yourself are in your own head. you're not a failure, accomplishment doesn't just fall in your hands, you have to work for it. don't give up.

és sempre alguma coisa e vales sempre mais do que podes imaginar. há sempre coisas que nos podem fazer felizes na vida, mas para sermos realmente felizes, temos de trabalhar nisso nós próprios, preocuparmo-nos com o agora em vez de nos focarmos no passado. a vida é difícil e não vai ser mais fácil do que tu fazes. pode acordar com um sorriso na cara e tentar ao máximo ter um bom dia e pelo menos ter um pouco de felicidade, ou pode acordar com uma carranca e uma má atitude e o seu dia continuará mau. és o que faz o teu dia, basta olhar para as pequenas coisas da vida, talvez dar um passo lá fora todas as manhãs ou algo do género, fazer ALGO que te traga felicidade, e o teu dia será 2 vezes melhor. terás sempre alguém que se preocupa contigo, mesmo que ainda não o tenhas conhecido, eu nem sei quem és, e preocupo-me contigo. apenas nunca se permita desistir completamente. eu acredito em ti.
