After watching the video, I would not be concerned about these engines. My younger brother bought a Exmark Radius E Series with a 60 in deck last year. He absolutely loves it! I just purchased a Storm 3090 XT and it was surging really bad. I was going to try adjusting the mixture screws (if there were any) but I couldn't even see the damn thing. So, I searched RUclips and found you. That was such an easy fix...once I pulled everything apart. I didn't have a drill bit small enough so, I tried a few different ways to clean it out but every piece of wire I used kept bending out of shape. I ended up using a piece of wire from a wire wheel (because it was stiff) and it poked right through. I put the thing back in and started it.....RUNS PERFECT!! Thank you for the video instructions👍🏻

I am discussing the importance of setting up efficient systems and processes within a business to avoid frustration and mismanagement. I share my personal experiences with a car wash company that has invested in an RFID system but hasn't trained its employees properly, leading to poor customer service. I am trying to emphasize that establishing clear, adaptable processes not only saves time and reduces frustration but also improves overall business operations, whether in lawn care, I was Constantly buying new lawn blades instead of sharpening them wastes time and money. Setting up a regular sharpening routine is more efficient, saves costs, and prevents a buildup of dull blades. A system in place ensures better time management and long-term savings. In both companies and life, it's often the small tasks that seem insignificant but are crucial in the long run. These tasks might not grab attention, but they build the foundation for success. As Henry Ford said, "Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs." It's these little efforts, consistently applied, that keep everything running smoothly and lead to big achievements. Stay consistent & keep your blades sharp and your profits High!✌️

Words for the Wise: I've found aftermarket parts are either equal (most commonly), better, or worse than OEM. A little research can save lots of $$$, but takes time, effort, & common (?) sense. Nearly all these parts are manufactured overseas (often in the same factories as the OEM parts). But if your getting company discounts, tax breaks, & even promoitional benefits 😮 (Yes, it's common amongst social media 'influencers'), then save the time & by OEM from your dealer. This is my (& other's) experience, & does not necessarily represent the views of the 'owners'. Enjoy the freedom to choose for yourself while it lasts, since it'll be gone soon if we remain on our current trajectory.

I used a lot of the copperhead High lift blades they worked Okay. Unfortunately, I got the best prices from Amazon, I tried to buy locally. Amazon is so dam convenient.
