(quick research) These characters show up for the Lu Guang photographer: 卢广 Different Chinese characters from Link Click's Lu Guang: 陆光 So we cannot count the photographer one, hehe.
Fact 5 # You can read the Manhua in english already. It´s completely different from the Donghua though
I think the one you're referring to is not the official one... since there's none yet (huhu). Hopefully there will be an official version soon~
