Someone trying to use Emperor Haile Selassie image and history to generate money..personally it would come across more effective if they use real actors to portrait the history of Ethiopia, and the life of our beloved King..Ai is artificially generated therefore whatever narratives it promote come over the same way.. My problem is not only with AI and its potential to devastate our true identity and history..in addition my problem is also with the Rastafari Movement.. I see most Rasta brothers and sisters wearing Ethiopian Tewahedo clothing with the symbol of the Meskal..some wear the actual Meskal yet they refuse to accept the Ethiopia Orthodox Tewahedo Christian Faith..and often time make the mistake to associate the Tewahedo Faith with Roman Catholicism..Kadamawi Haile Selassie is not a rastafarian philosophically..He is the defender of the Tewahedo Faith..the Geeze name Selassie mean Trinity, and here we are talking about Father, Son, and Holy Spirit..His first name Haile mean power.. He is the first king of the Solomonic dynasty of kings in Ethiopia to be baptized with such a name..this at His coronation which was done by the Tewahedo priest name who later became Abuna Basilos the first patriarch of Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.. In my humble opinion there can be no real unity within the movement acceptance of the true faith of Haile Selassie

I would love for him to sight up East Africa as well, especially Ethiopia. Stream of consciousness: I feel I overstand the pan-African notion, and in my peculiar way, I see the need for African development, too, which I overstand is of course baffling to most because they can't fathom why for example Rastafari could have appeal beyond the usual Reggae/"One Love"/weed combination. For the sake of positive vibes and peace and the lack of organization on some levels, I feel the progress doesn't get critiqued enough - because people's feelings get hurt. In the end, though, organizations have a purpose, and if those purposes are not met or are unclear, something's wrong and needs to be changed (rather than change: it won't change by itself - that cycle will repeat perpetually, it's self-sustaining and -reinforcing). Some here are aware of my persuasion and ethnicity, for what it's worth. I stand behind Haile Selassie I 100%, in all of His utterances, including the ones about the Christian faith - and maybe it's my calling to make ones see that they are so wrong in belittling what I know for sure was most important above everything else to Haile Selassie I and that's what made HIM HIM. Whoever calls HIM God and feels a way about the faith He practiced par excellence, I feel that person is lacking significantly. My purpose isn't to push a button, but to open your eyes to what He saw. Neither can I take a person serious who calls HIM God and feels He had to bow to some tradition of men - He chose to bear the cross, daily, without apology nor compromise, at pretty much every given opportunity, no shame. But you feel you know better than HIM? Than Garvey? There would be no Haile Selassie I without that faith, on all levels. Most of you who read these words wouldn't exist without that faith - and all the negative that came and comes with it. Ever since the Nile has been flowing, it hasn't just brought down water from its sources. Why an African wouldn't want to find that out for himself beats me - go and verify for yourself why that cradle of mankind has been practicing this faith for the past 2,000 years, the only African nation not colonized - but you, born and raised in the "white man's country" who can only sing "King Alpha's song in a strange land" and tongue, you would know better, while your children are either turning into atheists or homosexuals or getting shot? Repatriation? How many songs have your children heard about Africa? How long do you believe your children feel you're serious about Africa if they never see you go there? How do you think thousands of Africans on the continent feel who could benefit from all the privilege you have? You're fighting windmills if you can't accept the fullness - it'll outlast us all, and both Haile Selassie I and Garvey saw that and worked with it. Trump didn't put his hand on the Bible, and you probably wouldn't, either - it is, what it is. Garvey? He saw that faith , too, and some belittle him for that as well, but I guarantee you that Haile Selassie I saw a spiritual brother in Marcus Garvey. The way I see him, Garvey, he's uncomfortable, that's why he doesn't get the ratings he deserves - also one not honored enough amongst "his own". People feel a way when they get called out i.e. when truth gets spoken without being cushioned: I upprecilove that straight talk, you know where you're at. Wasting time is inefficient - man up, whatever you're up against isn't holding back, either. Garvey on intelligence? Spot on, ratings tall up. Switch. I have met several Baye Fall - personally, my biggest take-away was to "work and pray". It is well worth looking into, completely underrated by large parts of the African Diaspora from my perspective. In the past, French was a language-barrier to some, but with Google Lens and such things (instant translation of images), the information is accessible. I completely see why a Garveyite and Howardite would rate it - the level of organization, nah true? Chat bout organize and centralize? Ah dem dweet, in West Africa - walk the walk! With ownership comes responsibility, so if most of the Diaspora claims any kind of affiliation with Africa, they are irresponsible, because for most, it's just lip-service at best - most Africans tend to be too humble to call you out on that.
