Not always the days run smoothly and pleasantly. There are times when you have a bad day so your mood goes down. If the problem doesn't go away and your feelings don't improve, mental health problems such as stress become difficult to avoid. I am 81yrs now. Very tired of the pain, anxiety and negative I'm surrounded by. I will be returning Home soon and cant wait. My sweet dog, Izzy, is waiting for me, I'm very excited to see her.
