I hesitated before I wrote this comment because I hate to be critical. I have listened through a few of your sermons, because I wanted to recommend your church to my son who moved to Denver a few years ago. He was raised in a church of the Nazarene, but at 32, He’s kind of left the faith. I think it’s been difficult for him and other young people to see supposedly Christians following political figures like Donald Trump. This is the critical part… In so many of your sermons you seem to Be preaching along with normal enthusiasm but then you tend to end with all the yelling, jumping, etc. I understand it’s probably just your personal style, but do you think you could tone it down a little just because there’s a lot of people that feel very uncomfortable with that type of preaching. I don’t blame you if you just say, well, tell your son to go somewhere else. He also just got engaged and his fiancé didn’t grow up in the church, and most likely would not feel comfortable with yelling and the screaming. Please, if you could just take my unsolicited advice and realize would probably reach more new people if you just did your sermons in a calm way, like Jesus would’ve. Sorry, I really didn’t want to offend, but I’m just so frustrated trying to find a church that truly believes, but is not overboard with emotionalism.

People forget usually the "Those who love God, and according to His purpose." You dont live a life without inviting God, not loving him, even just liking Him, and expect He is gonna make everything work out for you. He aint on your payroll.

Don’t know if he has any plans for me anymore, I try and walk away from sin but I’m just weak. I once stayed before him ALLLLLLL day long but now when I try and pray my mind wonders instantly. It hurts so much cause I know what it felt like to stay on his presence. I’m in the world and I’m miserable 💯💯💯💯💯💔😢😢😢😢😢

The Bible says there was a storm right? And it also says that Peter saw the wind! How can you see the wind if it’s around 3-6 am they did not have street light like we have now or there was no moon cause it was storming! So how can Peter see the wind that made him afraid and he stared to sink! I’m making this statement because the word see it could have been translated differently! Just like in Mathew 24:3 it says in KJV end of the world, but the word world is not the specific word for that context of the chapter, some have it as “age” or “era” not world, in reading that most Christians and pastors grab Mathew 24 as future to us; “end of the world” but if you read it in context when Jesus is talking about the rocks of the temple “ the end of the world does not match: so I’m asking if Mathew 24 is for us when did the prophecy of Jesus took place?

Yes you trust God unless an accident happens or someone gets hurt then you trust the drs or medicine to take care of you instead of God right? You can excuse yourself in many ways but the trust that you have in God goes out the window when you have an accident or you are in pain instead of trusting your God you trust your physician, isn’t that a slap on Gods face?

Miss the atmosphere, but still love the sermons.

Funny enough religious people have a far higher rate of teen pregnancies than atheists, where the parents of those teenage girls cannot take the shame in the neighborhood and force their children into an abortion, leading to religious people also having a far higher abortion rate than atheists.

As a Christian, we should never treat someone differently due to their past or recent decisions, unfortunately that's how this world is, even within the church.
