Hello, I'm in Costa Rica and I grow bell and cassava too. How much space did you put between each bele and each cassava plant? It looks closer together than how we do it. I'm wondering how that distance has worked for you?
Aloha! I had to separate the cassava and give them more space. I think they were too closed to each other lol the Bele spinach seems to be doing well with the spaces between them but maybe will do better if they are farther from each other

Ah yes, my favorite saute pan, a crock pot... and a small one at that. I'm sure your steamed/boiled beef was... ok? Next time if you want to braise beef in a crock pot, sear it in a pan on a stove first

Thanks so much dai ❤ Very similar to the Philippines , how do I say this… hmmm… it’s like Cebu but cleaner and less crowded. Reminds me more of where I grew up (Lapu-Lapu) before it got too crowded and crazy! 😜 But they have more species of birds and lizards! And wild pigs running around the yard! 😅

Awesome luau material. Your blessed with some of the finest meat and produce in Hawaii. Super expensive meat if your not a "do it yourself protector of the landscape". Buried on top of hot stones, in Banana leafs with a bit of pineapple,onions, seasoning and salt.....you have a holiday feast.
