How to revive a ceramic coating with the 3pH rinseless solution by Labocosmetica

This is a full tutorial of the @Labocosmetica #3ph #rinselesswash I show you exactly how to apply and what results you can expect to revive your failing ceramic coating. As a final conclusion I want to add that in specific cases, like the one on my car, it was better to immediately start with Preludio Acidic. Cases like sand, inorganic dirt or road salts are perfect for Preludio Acidic making t...

Really appreciate this type of video Reggy. I’ve really enjoyed the Labocosmetica products I’ve tried, but there are many products that I have not tried or didn’t fully understand what they did or where they fit in. Seeing demonstrations like this are great and this combination looks very intriguing. I recently purchased Perfecta 2.0 and my first couple uses as a drying aid and quick detailer have been fabulous.
Great review!
That's a lot of products. Probably take almost as much time as a coating?
Hi Reggy🖐 Always interesting to see different Labo products. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!!..😎
The magic three. Is that how much more mpg you will get! Get it! (slick)
I love layering products, need to try this!
Hi Reggie this one is a very interesting video full of information and something to do once weather improves 🇬🇧Andy
Looks terrific, Reggy. It reminds me of how I mix my Manhattans. 🍸😋 Shine on you crazy diamond! 🚘
Nice video Reggie. I like your style. PH scale is 10 fold scale so using product with PH 8 isn't small jump from PH 7. That means 10 times stronger chemical in that regard.
@@saulmunoz3731 that is true, it is 10th of the 10th, meaning 7 to 8 is 10 times. 7 to 9 is 10 times 10 etc
@@reggycox Exactly. That's why it's important understand PH scale when we are using chemicals
Great video Reggie. Love labo products
Nice video. Preludio(s) are great for sure.
Tell us more about Chemical Vs. Physical ingredients in coatings. I believe many of the DIY coatings on the market are Chemical.
Good video Reggie. Interesting stuff! As we know, maintenance is key! Shine on you crazy diamond! 🚘
Great video! Super good tips!
Super useful, thanks Reggy!
Great Video Reggy! Was looking forward to you doing this one!
Is it possible that acidic Purifica leaves something behind that changes the surface tension? Something similar perhaps with this video for a waterspot remover from another brand? ruclips.net/video/QVK5ft1TTdM/видео.html
@@drtassos273 that was an excellent video by him. With Purifica nothing is left behind except surfactants if not properly rinsed. What Purifica does is remove the minerals that change water behavior. On a protected car it can revive the beads but on an non-protected car it can only make some sheeting by removing mineral deposits.
@@drtassos273 ruclips.net/video/udBia-IJRHk/видео.htmlsi=fVK4vZYdAAkPqxeS here is the video about how Purifica works.
@@reggycox I really meant acidic Preludio but I typed Purifica. I suppose that the same applies to acidic Preludio and Energo (the fact that they leave nothing behind)?
@drtassos273 aah ok I understand. For Preludio indeed is it the same concept, removing those mineral deposits.
@drtassos273, Just my opinion but I believe the video you linked is a little misleading as I can clearly see that every time he applies his soap solution it is leaving some form of surfactant behind, which made it look like he negated the effects of the WSR product used. I bet if he had sprayed the panel with 91% IPA then rinsed again you would have seen suds flying off. Not bashing him, but the surfactants in the soaps he is using aren't rinsing away cleanly. OH and just to clarify... I am NOT sold on that WSR product so I am not defending it. I would need to test it in my environment more.
Great Video thx Reggy 🎉
Bit confused here, first you apply the alkaline solution on the dirty panel - the microfiber you remove it with afterwards - is it soaked in Idrosave?
@@jpd9047 yes, I had to downgrade the dilution of Idrosave to 1:400 to minimize the chance of adding protection.
@@reggycox Okay good to know, the microfiber just looked a bit dry, so I was a bit confused. :) The last time I used Preludio, both alkaline and acidic, I applied first the alkaline solution to my car, and after dwelling - applied a pH neutral rinseless wash on top of it - and washed with a mitt. After that, I applied the Preludio acidic, and after the dwelling time - covered it with my ordinary rinseless - and washed the car again. That result was great :)
@@jpd9047 indeed the towel was not soaked very well to emphasize the working of the preludios. Your approach sounds great🤙
@@reggycox Thanks man! Appreciate it! Keep up the good work :D .. Labo helps me fight the stupid harsh conditions of northern Iceland!
This 3ph is a bomb, I did it a few days ago on a car that only had an old wet-application type QD on top as protection, two months without being washed and covered in muddy-sandy rain cause that's the daily routine here in Italy. Also I didn't had Idrosave cause I forgot to get a new bottle so I've used some Absolute from P&S (it doesn't have any protection). Having only an old diluted QD and no real protection a lot of it was completely gone obviously, but it was a nice surprise to find entire panels beading nicely and completely restored even on the lower parts. GG to Labo as always
Very informative Video Reggie thanks for putting out hopefully will use mine soon 🇬🇧

Another great Video Reggie Happy New Year 🇬🇧
Hey Reggy, Pan suggested I reach out to you for this question. can you stack the Preludio Alkaline, then Preludio Acidic & end with Rinseless? Or do you need to Preludio Alk, Rinseless, Preludio Acidic, Rinseless. Thank yoi.
@@PrinceOfDarkness1975 the last combo is the most effective, however you made me curious if the stack would work so I am defenitely going to try that
@ I have all the materials but haven’t used yet. I will try as well but would you mind letting me know what you discover?
Would love to see a video of Blindo (updated version) being used on the windshield! Seems like Blindo topped with HPC pro would be the best windshield coating in the industry.
Nice one, love the intro bit, thank you for showing us that even experts do make mistakes sometimes! Much love for the car, I think the Mk7 and 7.5 of the Golf were the best ones so this is top specs for me. It came out amazing, not a surprise since it was in good hands. All the best for 2025!
Reggie, excellent tutorial! I always learn something. That R looks spectacular. I thoroughly agree with your philosophy on interior cleaning especially with family vehicles - keep the chemicals to an absolute minimum. This may sound funny, but I always begin my interiors with a diluted concentration of an organic household liquid soap [Meyer's]. It smells great and foams/cleans very well - even on leather. If there is heavy grime I use Simple Green Lemon Scent [USDA certified consumer-safe biodegradable] which works very well. Of course these are products from 'State-side and may not be available in Milan. All the same, I believe we agree on types of product... Hahahaha I agree with you about the interior sissy brushes.🤭 Compressed air is a great way to rid dirt of heavily soiled mats... I'm a enthusiast/driveway detailer and just sometimes I walk across the street to my neighbors yard where there is a big boulder and beat the hell out of the mats. Works pretty good... Keep up the good work. Shine on you crazy diamond! 🚘
Many thanks for the kind words. Good to know for that tip🤙🤙
Hey, waar in Nederland is dit te verkrijgen en is de 30 ml flesje voldoende voor een Polo Aw?
Great Video Reggy. Love the Fiero. Grear finish before a ceramic coating.
Hi Reggy, I just got some LABO products from the house of rags. I’ve been watching videos of you, I’m truly impressed and amazed how these products work. You are absolutely amazing and your knowledge is sky high, I absolutely can’t wait until I used the 3ph system. ❤
Thanks for the video man! Just ordered the Primus 2.0 today and will be using to somehow revive my Car coated with Gyeon Pure. What dilution would you recommend in a electric foam bottle? After this prewash I will iron decon wash it
Anywhere from 1:10 to 1:50 depending how dirty the car is
hey reggy , if you apply HPC 2.0 outside, I had read that the coating should not get wet for 24 to 36 hours, well I live in your country of birth where it rains more often throughout the year. should I apply Labocosmetica Perfecta or Labocosmetica Cupido after application, if so, how long after applying hpc 2.0 greetings patrick
@@patrickschutte if you can keep it fully dry for about 6 hrs you are in the safe zone.

A good video to present would be calling out specific dilutions and dwell times for Primus, Purifica, and Preludio. Match this to different conditions of vehicles coming in for washes or exterior details. Examples: dark color car with water spots, dirty car with salt brine, dirty car with oily road film, lightly soiled car that needs maintenance wash, car with clogged ceramic coating, car with multiple bird bombs, etc.
Naturally, after we’ve mastered the car wash - we need to master the Glass. I’m all ears
FIrst detail channel that used PH properly shows they care and knows what their talking about< My only comment is the stream was too close butt not sure what temp its in so maybe its fine but from experience s tand point about a foot is where i use my steamer on paint just to be on the safe side and more droplet can attach to the panel and encapsulate dirt as it goe down the surface, Other than that i appreciate the products and knowledge u bring.
Possibly my favorite video in detailing. Love nerding out and taking notes 💪
These are the details we need. Thanks Reggy
Thank you for making this video!
