I mean these guys were hard? Not really? Regigigas was easy and Ditto even wasn't that bad. Magnezone and Drapion from Almia I can say were actually hard.
I was saying Societea wrong for 7 years. I just got called out on it. I called these guys the So-suh-tee-a. What was i thinking.

regiagas is the easiest boss ditto 2nd hardset boss in this game Crobat is very aggressive towards my hand 0_0 but MEWTWO CAN GO F#@$ HIMSELF
Crobat is pathetic. I captured him in about twenty seconds. Like, because you're flying, he doesn't have a hotbox, so he can't cut your lines by walking into them. Ergo, you can go utterly nuts with your lines. It's Charizard all over again and it baffles me how anyone can find the sky battles challenging. Maybe except Latios, he was annoying.

Yet Regigigas was the true final boss of the game(although it was optional if you wanted 100%) and was used.

Guardian Signs would probably be my favorite too if I didn't have so much nostalgia for Shadows of Almia

I know this is late but the Legendary Beast is actually a transformed Ditto!
Ditto: A good old fashion boss rush and I never had too much troubles with the legendary dogs. Crobat: Easier than most regular enemies on the ship. Regigigas: this guy was a pain. More or less a trial of patience and timing trying to get in before he steps. Step step wait. Step step punch with some variants later on in the fight.

I just spammed pokemon who can stun him. Then he is a pushover. Ditto was a pain I always had trouble with legendarys in this game. Going against three at once was hard.
honestly i had trouble with ditto XD regigigas was easy enough and crobat wasnt even a challenge.

That's exactly why even before I knew Regigigas was in this game, I maxed out the length of my capture line. That bonus is more noticeable than higher HP or SP in capture.

Well they said that ed the thinker got away. But remember the post game we destroyed the golden armor. However there is a pokemon now that can grant the same thing as the armor did.

+Azery ali Ditto was in my opinion the best and most interesting boss fight in the entire game. After steamrolling most of the easy bosses in the game, Ditto was actually tough and a really interesting boss fight, testing us on memory for our past challenges in the game and creating a really dynamic and fun fight!
I entirely agree, but once I reached Dusknoir, I was lvl. 65.
the 3 toughest missions are the magnezone mission, the dusknoir mission, and, well, i don't need to say the last one. it's really obvious.
Gliscor is a pain too... One of the hardest battle with Arceus...

Look at the two workers in the background. One of them is like "Man when will we get a raise" and the other one is like "Holy Arceus!! look at the time I'm going to be late for lunch" and then you have the good worker looking at the screen like "Wow. what does this say." //www

For me in my playthrough it was actually relatively hard but yes both were roughly equal in terms of annoyance.
I hated Ditto. At first I was like "A puny little Ditto is a BOSS?! That's impossible." Then it transformed... Ugh...
