Microwave it 30 -40 seconds, just to get warm center. Baste in ***olive oil balsamic vinegar, soy sauce mixture. Put in pre heated broiler 10 minutes turning frequent. Baste ** what u like BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce etc. AMAZING
