A video I made from a sequence of photographs in 2013 with a photo camera, the Olympus E-3, which cannot take video. The 96 images were put together in DaVinci Resolve and repeated in different speeds and frames to show the beauty of the cloud movement and the shades they create on one another.

Patricia Janečková was a classically trained singer who died of breast cancer on October the 1st of 2023 at the age of (only) 25. I really loved her voice and I know she will be missed by more than her family. I have always found Edda Dell'Orso's version of this music the best, but I have to consider that our beloved Patricia was not even a teenager when she sung it. On the DVD I have, she was only 13 when the DVD/CD bundle was released. Which of course makes her rendition thus more impressive. Even at that young age she managed to sing Once Upon a Time flawlessly, so I am stuck with the thought of how her mature voice would have been. 😔

She broke my heart when she passed away . I loved her most beautiful voice since she was 17 years old . I loved a women who I never met and still do. Sad enough she passed away on October 1 which was my birthday . She continues to live in our hearts . God bless her soul in heaven .
