This review just about says it all: This place is awful. First you step into a small butterfly garden. Guide picks them out of plants to show. Then you step into area with crocodiles in small dirty cages. Ditto for other animals. Don't do this. If we had known, we wouldn't have bought tickets (it was part of our tour) Skip this place. Oof!

I just went through a local tour business, I'm sure that do this tour all year long.
You didn't mention that the Royal President Hotel has been closed for renovation for the last couple of years, i.e. since early 2022. Booking sites online prefer not to mention this, for fear of losing custom. Unsuspecting guests at the hotel's street location are greeted by a building site and a temporary roadside sign which says: Royal President ... Reception at Kingston Suites (along the road). After the initial shock of feeling you had been conned, and no explanation from the Kingston Suites reception, you are taken across the road, down a long side alley, and through a dingy underground car park to a non-descript little side entrance where a lift takes you up to your mysterious room in some random building! You thought you'd booked the Royal President Hotel with all the fancy online pictures... you hadn't!
Well as you could see from the video that didn't happen to me. I stayed at Kingston Suites and my room was exactly as it looked on the website I booked it on.
