Oh my. There is no separation from the shower area and the toilet bowl. Very typical pinoy bathroom. The entire flooring , toilet seat, sink will get wet from the shower. Need to wipe dry a bigger area, plus the risk of slipping. How come a glass wall with a door is not included in the 16M?

Problem with this microscopic lot of 135 square meters is no backyard, tiny court yard in front and steep inclined stairway because of such tight setbacks and lot configuration. Get use to falling down those stairs and some guard rails would help for that steep climb up.😂
