The 1983 £1 is worth about £2 if in good condition here in the UK, but you might get a little more if you are outside the UK. This was also the first year they were issued so there are a lot out there.

Hi. The 1990 should have a Leek on the reverse (for Wales) - mintage = 97,269,302. The 2000 coin has a dragon, also for Wales. Mintage was higher for that one, 109,496,500. Both are fairly common here, even though they are no longer legal tender. They are worth holding on to for a collection if you are not UK based. Other local collectors may be interested too. Cheers.

Hi, It sounds like the 1945 coin has been attacked by a sander or Dremel, so just the King's profile remains. Normal wear & tear is unlikely. The other coin sounds like a joke coin, or something used by magicians..... or it's that person with the sander again!
