Matthew 1:1-17 Explicitly states: 1. This is the record of the GENEALOGY of JESUS. 2. This is undeniably a PATERNAL GENEALOGY. 3. JOSEPH is listed in this PATERNAL GENEALOGY of JESUS. 4. JESUS HIMSELF is counted as one of 14 GENERATIONS (v.17) 5. Joseph is identified as the Husband of Mary, the undisputed mother of Jesus. 6. Joseph is obviously the BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF JESUS. Yet the Church teaches Jesus was conceived without a human father. This is clearly Not what the Bible teaches. If you want the truth, you must be willing to believe the Bible over the teachings of the Church. Again, Matthew EXPLICITLY and UNEQUIVOCALLY states that this is JESUS’ GENEALOGY (verse 1) Furthermore, JOSEPH IS LISTED IN THIS PATERNAL GENEALOGY OF JESUS. Not to mention the fact that all the Jewish prophets and Jewish Scripture agree, the Messiah MUST be the BIOLOGICAL, PATERNAL DESCENDANT OF King David and King Solomon. You cannot accept this FACT because your entire religion is built on this lie and to accept this truth, you would lose your religion, and that is something you simply will not do. Facts are not important at this point. Only what you “believe” is important. Without the virgin birth, Christianity falls!!

In my sermon today I mistakenly told the story of the two kings and said the second king was Belshazzar- that is incorrect. The correct king was Uzziah and you can find the account I was referring to in 2 Chronicles 26.
