I fully agree and support this app, this app uses sound and motion detection to wake you up in a state of almost conciseness which leaves you fresh and energized in the morning, I also love this app because not everything is locked by a pay wall other than some other apps. using it free is just as effective! I’m not sponsored but I just want to spread this app because it is so good!!!

Hi guys, It would be really handy if you could make a video covering exactly what the data means, or how much of each I should be having of each stage. I know the app tells me what each stage is good for and how much of each stage I have had, but other than that I’m not sure if I’m having a 100% optimised sleep or at least as close to that as I can get. It would be nice if the app would confirm which parts of my sleep need improving and maybe tips on how to do so such as sleeping longer, going to bed earlier, the healthiest option for awake time considering how the sleep was the night before. Good app though. Thanks.

Hello sleepwave! I have a question. Can I used this app while on airplane mode? I typically don’t like my phone running next to my head st night

I'm not gunna pay to hear myself snore and/or talk in my sleep!

I just got this app three days ago, regardless of just using it for two nights so far, both times I've woken up without the grogginess or being partially asleep. I think the gentle awakening is a genius idea! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this app just after downloading it!!! I've slept like a brick my whole life and have constantly had to worry about school/jobs after sleeping through regular alarms. I could talk so much more but I will stop there, again thank you so much for making this app ❤
