As a #TransportNotSport focused bike shop, one thing we have been have been thinking about for a long time was how to effectively help our clients keep up on the inevitable maintenance requirements on the bikes they use for daily transport, with the aim of avoiding costly repairs due to excessive wear or neglect. All of us who ride for transport forget how much wear and tear we put on our bikes - including me, the shop owner.
So, it dawned on me a few weeks ago as I was leaving the shop where I have service on my kei van done, I spotted the classic windshield sticker they put on after they service automobiles: Hey! Why don't we do that for our clients? And so here we are...
