The Vision of Healing to Passion is a world where female sexual trauma survivors can connect deeply with themselves, others, and God, embracing pleasure and freedom from fear to live a life of lasting joy, intimacy, and passion. I use somatic practices, including breathwork, dance, and spiritual healing practices, to help heal your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, heal from past pain, and reclaim your sexuality.

Shalay, I love this video! I was just watching a video on passion by Bashar. I find myself passionate about a few things and that includes Westcoast swing. Sometimes before bed I will watch a video on dance and fall asleep with a smile on my face. 🙂 Or, during the day when I feel things are standing still, I watch a dance video and that sets me back on my path forward. I feel I get signs and messages during the day that leads me to my next experience. Even when something happens that feels off, I then realize that is leading me to something better. At that moment of realizations, I feel this release of trying to control the outcome and that feeling is so good! Nice to see your dance videos too. Oh, you danced with Kyle, wow! I am going to Swingtacular in a few days. I dance from 12am to 6am, so fun. I love the music at the conventions. Both my daughters dance too! Have fun!
