Hi i have just found one on my wisteria in my garden im in manchester should it be kept inside or should i call someone please help 🙏
A moth ? , it should be outside.
Good on you for exposing these fake Fenns in Ireland. Thankfully, they have been eliminated from the UK because we regularly monitor sales outlets for these and have had successful prosecutions for mis-use of the Fenn and Fen trademarks.
It's a mule, Greenwich and canary, two different sings, nice.
If I received these when I had ordered Fenn Traps I would send them back and request a full refund. You are correct in calling them illegal as they are not true fenn traps as specified by the legal trap regulations.
That's what I did.
That was too entertaining thank you for that

Just found one in my yard!
Lucky find!!!
Great video!
Great video!👍🏻
Well lad, those would be legal, as long as they result in the immediate death or unconsciousness they are fine to use.
Ye I was reading about that In Ireland tell us are imbra/ juby legal here since we don't have a list of traps that are banned.
@@thesilentmothtrapper4373 I'd say they would be but I haven't heard much about them, I suppose as long as they fit the specifications for a kill trap they'd be fine. What are you trying to catch?
@@outdoorseire6771 I have a small collection but I would love to use them on rabbits.
My friends and I have a bushcraft channel if you are interested I can link below.

I’m trying to pair the elephant Hawkmoths species but do u have any tips on how I should do it?
I tried to pair them but never succeed. But I have heard from a chap that breeds them that he keeps them in a 90×60 cage with food plants and he gets pairings . They also have to be very well fed . I'm going to try again this year with them and will experiment and hopefully if I succeed I will upload the set up. All the best Tim .
The silent moth trapper thanks m8, and do you got any tips on how to feed them? I struggle😂
@@botonipad8677 Yes hold them by the base of the wings with your thumb and middle finger keeping your index finger just a little bit in between their wings so their wings don't touch . Then get a pin and unfurl their proboscis and they should start feeding .I think I did a video on it let me try find it.
ruclips.net/video/wukUpWMCw4Y/видео.html The way to hold them in order to feed them.
