It says “sanften Stimmen,” which means “soft voices.” The registration should not have been plenum with reeds as used in this video. This makes me suspect the music was put into a computer and the computer program uses a generic organ sound, usually the plenum with reeds, as it would be too complicated to simulate all of the registration choices available on even a small two-manual pipe organ. That, or this was played on a synthesizer keyboard whose organ sound is the generic one I just described. If I can find the score for this, I will learn it and record it, possibly several times, to demonstrate what “soft voices” (in French “jeux doux”) would be like on an actual pipe organ. This work would sound lovely with a soft 8’ principal, flute celeste, or viola celeste. An 8’ Erzähler would add nicely to either of those suggestions.

Indeed. Well, to be fair, there is pretty much no mistake ever in harmony - maybe besides parallel fifhts or octaves, any chord can relate to any chord with some stretch, it's only a matter of deciding to which point you allow yourself to unsettle the progression. Cheers.

@@Mutulithe progression in bars 1-4 and 9-12 is called a monte romanesca (rising fifths), which normally uses 4-3 suspensions on each base note. If you use a 4-3 suspension over each base note, then the upper voices are in canon! (The melody goes up a fourth, then down a step twice, and then repeats in sequence). Bars 5-8 and 13-18 are common answers to a monte romanesca. See the book "music in the gallant style" by gjerdingen for more of these!

It is a little tricky if there are two perfect fourths in a row. When you change the position the become perfect fifths. So an adjustment must be made.

This "Vorspiel und Fuge" in c-Moll , WAB 131, has been composed on 15 March 1847. The next autograph pieces are the "Fuge in d-Moll", WAB 125, composed on 7 November 1861, and the "Perger Präludium" in C-Dur, WAB 129, composed in 1884. There is also a "Konzertskizze in c-Moll", WAB 241, a sketch for an improvisation on 28 August 1884 in Kremsmünster.
Horn has made a score of his first improvisation. His first improvisation has been also recorded by Klaus Sonnleitner (1996), Siegfried Petri (2009) and Gerd Schaller (2015).
Another completion of the missing score of the bass trombone. In Band XXI of the Gesamtausgabe (Kleine Kirchenmusikwerke, 1984) the missing score of the bass trombone was composed by Hans Bauernfeind. For the recording by Jürgen Jürgens with the Camerata Accademica Hamburg [CD - Music of the St. Florian Period (Volume II)], the f the missing score of the bass trombone has been composed by William Carragan.
