I’m a flight attendant also with sleep issue. I just started using ryze hot cocoa for sleep it really helped me with sleep. It doesn’t taste the best but really helps me sleep and stay asleep. We also use both terms. Just found your site.

I had a rough summer dealing with sciatica pain, fractured my left foot and had heat exhaustion twice. I guess it wasn’t meant to be this time around. It’s not really a good time for me anyway.
