Shout-out to Chef Matt Brady for creating the fried chicken taco and the mushroom & kale taco!
Couldn’t agree more, love those tacos. Chef Matt instituted a lot of positive changes in his time with Black Sheep.
Really helpful, by the way, bro you are a good interviewer. 😊 I listened .01 to 1:00:30

I love river tables. They’re all over RUclips.
They're gorgeous! And it's amazing how Greg is not only the original designer of them (and has trademarked them), he uses glass as the river medium vs the resin medium that most/all of the people who've copied him use.
Had a fun time working for Chay, only met him once but coconut kennys made my transition into the military very easy, always gave me the days off that I needed to progress towards my goal in life 🤙
Love to hear it!
New spots in downtown will be sweet!!
Have you been yet? It's great
I started working for HSI in 1987. I believe Ty had just graduated from high school or had just graduated recently. This kid was all over the store. He worked in the cable shop a lot, but you could also find him on the floor waiting on customers. Whenever we had to go down into Everett or Seattle/Auburn to truck the used furniture that HSI purchased from Boeing, back to B'ham, Ty was there. He worked right next to all of us and pulled his fair share (plus some). This podcast is so very interesting to see how much knowledge this young man has gathered over the last 30 plus years. He truly is a direct result of the American dream!
John, I wanted to thank you personally for listening to the show! This is a great first hand account of Ty.
Awesome interview.
Thank you!
Love this!! Congratulations Jason and Kim, breweing the best beer in the world! Cheers!!!
