Great Info! However, too many were optimistic at the wrong time, now negative at the wrong time. This rate cut was a huge economic indicator that people are not really understanding. Plus the gov is directly supporting the real estate market through mortgage rule changes, We have hit the real estate market bottom and no where to go but up!!

Buyer's ain't acting cause its still way too expensive still. Unemployment on the rise. Inflation is going so low because economy is tanking. People cannot afford! It's true things are cooling off and rates are going down, but that doesn't undo all the inflation thats already happened.

As always love your videos! So much great insight and information. The biggest issue is we are in an economic lead decline, which we have not seen in a long time. This type of real estate market has not been seen since the 90's. What happened in 2017 was a policy change, not economic.
